Hazard Vulnerability Analysis
Add as many incident types as desired and use these as ‘virtual folders’ to store and activate information. Rate each incident type on probability and severity to determine its overall risk.
Notification List
Store lists of internal, external, and volunteer contacts by incident type before something happens. Use these lists to notify stakeholders in the event of an incident. Interface to external mass notification systems via an XML socket - the distribution list goes out and reports come back in.

Exercises
Add exercises with details and additional content then schedule the event occurrence. Invite individuals or groups to take place in the exercise and track attendance. Notification reminders are automatically sent. Conduct the exercise in ERS with the system in test mode. As part of the recovery effort, review the exercise details from within the system and write up After Action Reports.
Person Skills Inventory
Track internal, external, and volunteer personnel. For each, store personal information, contact, training, experience, abilities, credentials, skills & Knowledge. Configure person attributes to automatically update based on user behavior (i.e. add a completed course to a persons training profile upon successful completion of a test).
Resource Management
Establish resource types for personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities and aircraft. Build your inventory based on the types you define. For each, track inventory, ordering, and resource use.
Incident Command Dashboard
A real- time view of situation critical information as it gets added to the information repository by all responders. Online messaging, document management and operation logs. Track events for the entire organization or for select groups. Set visible incident objectives and track progress to promote a common organizational picture. Job action sheet tasks customized to each ICS role for each incident type.
Organization Charts
Store org chart templates by incident type before a crisis occurs. For each role, define requirements (training, experience, skills/knowledge), potential candidates and Job Action Sheets. Org charts are dynamic (track assignee and time in/out) and easily customizable on the fly. If role candidates are not available, search the person records to find matches based on the role requirements.
Patient & Bed Management
Input data directly into ERS or import from an existing ADT or Beds application. For patients track acuity/triage, location (site, unit and bed), status, admitting diagnosis and physician. For beds, get a real-time census of all available beds by site, or across a region.
External Responder Portal
Share data with responders that are not on the ERS network with a secure web portal. For each responder group, configure what data they will have access to, and as you update content internally, their portal will allow them to view the most up to date information in real-time.
Reporting and AAR
Generate real-time reports to track preparedness activities or response initiatives. For each code initiation, or exercise, all documents, messages, operation logs and response communications are stored in a virtual folder for easy access during post mortems. Use archived data and incident virtual folders to assist in generating After Action Reports.
